⏰ How long will my order take to arrive? +
Preparation takes 24 working hours at most. Then Royal Mail delivers within 2 to 4 working days depending on your area. In general, you'll receive your parcel between 3 and 5 days after ordering.
📧 Where do I find my order number? +
You'll receive it by email right after your purchase (subject: "SuperCalm order confirmation"). Do check your spam folder if you can't find it. The number usually starts with # followed by 4 or 5 digits.
🚫 My parcel hasn't arrived, what should I do? +
No need to worry! First check your order status by signing in to your account. If your parcel hasn't arrived after 7 working days, email us at contact.supercalmuk@gmail.com with your order number. We'll sort it out together.
🔄 Can I change my delivery address? +
As long as your order hasn't been dispatched, yes! Email us as soon as possible at contact.supercalmuk@gmail.com with your order number and the new address. Once it's been dispatched, we can no longer make changes.
🌍 Where do you deliver? +
We deliver across the UK via Royal Mail — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Costs vary by destination, but delivery is free on orders of £40 and over!
